This extension has a single purpose: to connect your LinkedIn account to your Connectora workspace when you ask it to, and to keep that connection healthy. This policy describes exactly what it reads, where that goes, and what never happens.

What the extension accesses

• Your LinkedIn session cookies (li_at, and li_a if you use Sales Navigator) — the login your browser already holds. They are read only when you click Connect, or on the optional 6-hourly refresh you can switch on and off in the popup.
• Basic browser details: your browser's user-agent string, timezone, and language, which are needed so your LinkedIn session behaves consistently.

Every permission, and why it exists

These are the only permissions the extension requests. They match its manifest.json exactly.

• cookies — reads the LinkedIn session cookies named above. Nothing else, on no other site.
• storage — keeps three things in your own browser: your connect link, whether you switched on the 6-hourly refresh, and the result of your last connect. Nothing is stored on your computer in any other place.
• alarms — schedules the optional 6-hourly refresh. To be precise: when that switch is on, the extension re-sends your LinkedIn session cookie so the connection can repair itself if LinkedIn signs you out. It is off unless you turn it on.
• Site access — https://*.linkedin.com/* — required by Chrome before the cookies API will return a LinkedIn cookie. The extension makes no requests to LinkedIn and runs no code on LinkedIn pages.
• Site access — https://connectora.growthmak.com/* — the single destination the data is sent to, and the only page the extension runs on (a small bridge that lets your Connectora page notice the extension is installed and pass on your connect request).

Where it goes

Everything above is sent over HTTPS to exactly one destination: connectora.growthmak.com (your Connectora workspace's server). There it is encrypted at rest and used solely to establish and maintain your LinkedIn connection through Unipile, the session-management service Connectora is built on, which acts as a data processor for this purpose.

What the extension never does

• It never reads, injects into, or modifies any web page — LinkedIn pages included.
• It never collects browsing history, messages, contacts, or page content.
• It never sends data anywhere other than connectora.growthmak.com.
• Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything beyond operating your Connectora connection.

Your controls

• The 6-hourly refresh is opt-in and can be switched off in the popup at any time.
• Disconnecting the account in Connectora permanently deletes the stored session data, and the session is removed from Unipile.
• Uninstalling the extension stops all collection immediately.

Chrome Web Store User Data Policy — Limited Use

Connectora's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Concretely: all data the extension collects is used solely to provide its single disclosed purpose — connecting and maintaining your LinkedIn connection to your Connectora workspace. It is never transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers; never used to determine creditworthiness or for lending; never used for personalized advertising; and never read by humans except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If our data handling practices ever change, we will update this page and proactively notify users of the extension before the change takes effect.
